As a Customer Engagement Manager at noimos, you will lead business development and solution design for international insurance clients. This role involves presenting our products, understanding customer needs, integrating our solutions, and ensuring a successful experience. You'll build strong customer relationships, develop tailored business cases, and collaborate with the Product Owner during project integration.


How you create added value:

  • You collaborate with Product Owners and customers to tailor our products to the evolving insurance market and support customer success.
  • You engage with B2B customers to present our solutions, understanding and aligning them with customer needs.
  • You develop detailed business cases that outline the benefits and costs of our solutions for clients.
  • You maintain continuous client engagement to ensure satisfaction, identify further opportunities for collaboration and product enhancement, and serve as a point of escalation for product functionality issues.

This turns you into the perfect candidate

  • Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed customer expectations, combined with proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance industry, preferably in claims management.
  • Deep analytical skills to effectively address customer needs and redesign processes, combined with excellent communication skills and comfort in speaking with business stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech and design, with business experience in B2B and digital products, and proven skills in project management and data analysis are mandatory.
  • Possessing an experimental mindset to drive innovation in the core business, and not afraid to "roll up the sleeves" and step outside the comfort zone to learn, while encouraging peers and team members to do the same.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages and German is considered an advantage.
