Are you ready to take on the challenge of spearheading our UX efforts as the sole UX expert at noimos? In this former outsourced position, you will have the opportunity to shape our entire UX process, from in-depth user research to the creation of intuitive user interfaces and prototypes. In the same time, you can shape the vision of noimos from a developer's perspective. On one side, you work in the area of frontend development, in which you will have a system-wide impact by developing the newest product features and hunting the sneakiest cross-domain issues. Using the latest technology and frameworks, you work with modern methods and create sophisticated web applications to help noimos to revolutionize insurance claims processing.


Your new mission looks like this:

  • You create intuitive and user-friendly designs to provide an excellent user experience.
  • You develop a strong design system and style guide for ensuring consistency and scalability of the design.
  • You make strategic design decisions in line with the company's objectives.


The rest of the time you will be busy with the implementation. That means:

  • You develop frontend solutions and components.
  • You compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • You maintain running systems in production, identify and fix bugs in them.
  • You design and implement software improvements in the software life cycle.

Our Tech-Stack:

  • Frontend (React, React Admin, TypeScript)
  • Backend (Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Postgres, TypeORM)
  • Infrastructure (GCP, Terraform, Docker, OAuth, GitHub Actions)
  • FIGMA and other UX design tools you want to be involved with.

This turns you into the perfect candidate

For a perfect start in your new team:

  • You have a University or technical college degree in computer science or anything comparable.
  • You have experience with Development and its application to business problems.
  • From designing screens, to challenging with specific clients – you have significant UX design experience and are looking forward to building it further.
  • You enrich the team with your expertise in React, React Admin, TypeScript, FIGMA and further UX tools.
  • You enjoy collaborating in a diverse environment and developing fit-for-purpose solutions together with PO’s, ML Engineers and other developers.
  • You’re working in a startup spirit (all hands on deck / MVP thinking).
  • You are proficient in English, German is a plus.

Frontend UX Designer & Developer

Transparency and open communication are important to us. We (noimos AG), the hiring company, hereinafter referred to as "Company") would therefore like to point out to you that parts of our recruitment process are provided by a specialised, external service provider (digitalent ag, hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

For the purpose of handling the recruitment process, the service provider collects and processes the personal data of interested parties and applicants. The processing can take place electronically. This is particularly the case if a prospective candidate submits corresponding application documents electronically, for example by e-mail or via a web form on the website. In the case of an application, the service provider transmits the following data to the company:

  • contact details
  • First name, last name
  • Curriculum vitae if applicable
  • Certificates, if applicable
  • all data transmitted by yourself for this purpose, such as the qualifications, work experience, preferences, etc. provided.

If the company concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transferred data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded between the company and the applicant, the application documents will be deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision latest, provided that no other legitimate interests or contractual obligations are opposed to deletion.

Furthermore, the data protection regulations of the service provider also apply.

We already work with selected recruitment specialists and only accept direct applications. Should we receive applications through personnel service providers, we will treat these as direct applications. We do not plan to expand our supplier base or enter into any other contract with recruitment agencies.
