Do you want to shape the vision of noimos from a developer's perspective? As Lead Developer you will have a system-wide impact by challenging the defined way of development and by sharing your knowledge.

Your new mission looks like this:

  • You work closely with the CEO, PO’s and ML Lead.
  • You’re responsible for our whole architecture and to keep all development topics together.
  • In this exciting role you define and coordinate the day to day development work with our team in Zurich and our contractor in the Czech Republic.
  • You will attend business meetings where technical knowledge and understanding of our systems is needed for defining the development work.
  • Furthermore, you ensure that everyone has access to the same level of knowledge by ensuring the documentation of the architecture and best practices, and sharing the knowledge.
  • You deliver digested information for developers in the form of stories and personal update meetings.
  • You will write more detailed user stories and keep them up to date.

Our Tech-Stack:

  • Frontend (React, React Admin, TypeScript)
  • Backend (NodeJS, NestJS, TypeScript, Postgres, TypeORM)
  • Infrastructure (GCP, Terraform, Linux, Docker, Data migration, Security, GitHub, Actions, CI/CD)

This turns you into the perfect candidate

For a perfect start in your new team:

  • You have 10+ years of experience with Development and its application to business problems.
  • You have knowledge in building and leading high-performing software engineering teams and managing remote teams.
  • You’re working in a startup spirit (all hands on deck / MVP thinking).
  • You have experience in leading the strategic direction and technical delivery of medium product teams.
  • You have a deep understanding of applications, backend and infrastructure.
  • You are proficient in English and German.
  • Insurance knowledge is also a big plus.

Transparency and open communication are important to us. We (noimos AG), the hiring company, hereinafter referred to as "Company") would therefore like to point out to you that parts of our recruitment process are provided by a specialised, external service provider (digitalent ag, hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

For the purpose of handling the recruitment process, the service provider collects and processes the personal data of interested parties and applicants. The processing can take place electronically. This is particularly the case if a prospective candidate submits corresponding application documents electronically, for example by e-mail or via a web form on the website. In the case of an application, the service provider transmits the following data to the company:

  • contact details
  • First name, last name
  • Curriculum vitae if applicable
  • Certificates, if applicable
  • all data transmitted by yourself for this purpose, such as the qualifications, work experience, preferences, etc. provided.

If the company concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transferred data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded between the company and the applicant, the application documents will be deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision latest, provided that no other legitimate interests or contractual obligations are opposed to deletion.

Furthermore, the data protection regulations of the service provider also apply.

We already work with selected recruitment specialists and only accept direct applications. Should we receive applications through personnel service providers, we will treat these as direct applications. We do not plan to expand our supplier base or enter into any other contract with recruitment agencies.
